About Arron Carr

Welcome! I am Arron Carr, and I appreciate you visiting my page to get to know a little more about me. 
From Philly Roots to Entrepreneurship
I was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, a city where nothing comes easy. My father was the proud owner of Carr's Deli, where he and his staff were famous for making incredible cheesesteaks, hoagies, and selling local groceries. Watching him run his business during the 1980s sparked a deep desire in me to one day follow in his footsteps and become an entrepreneur. 
However, my path wasn't direct. For just shy of 20 years, I built my foundation through hard work across three primary jobs: 
  • Retirement Home: Started as a dishwasher at the age of 16.
  • Produce Warehouse: Worked in a small fruit and produce logistics hub.
  • Costco Wholesale: Dedicated just short of 14 years to providing excellent service. 
I am incredibly grateful for each of these experiences. They taught me the true value of hard work, responsibility, and ultimate accountability. 
Honoring a Promise & Finding Success
In 2014, right before my father passed away, I was blessed to share a pivotal moment with him. I was able to say, "Dad, I am going into business," fulfilling the dream he always envisioned for me. 
I earned my real estate license in 2015. My career truly took off when I had the privilege to work alongside and learn from Jonathan Harper. Jonathan is a highly successful, industry-leading agent. More importantly, he is a genuinely good man whose first intent—like my own—is always to do the right thing. Together, we have helped countless individuals and families make their dreams come true across Pierce and King County.
